Sales Office Administrator Location: Boroughbridge Offering £34,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary plus Great Benefits Our client is an established and well respected business, currently recruiting a Sales Office Administrator to be responsible for the smooth running of their Boroughbridge sales office, providing administration support and coordination where needed. Sales Office Administrator Key Responsibilities Provide office administration to the internal and external sales team. Log sales enquiries on to the CRM and direct to relevant Account Manager. Communicate with internal and external customers, building rapport whilst providing excellent customer service. To process sales orders in a timely manner and ensure any issues are communicated to the responsible account manager. Prepare sales quotations by liaising with technical and sales teams to ensure details accurately represent what has been agreed with client. Liaise with operations to monitor order progress and update customers on delivery status. To update and maintain customer pricelists as instructed by the Sales Leaders. To assist Sales personnel with travel plannings and other admin items. Sales Office Administrator Candidate Strong administration skills and confident using Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to coordinator and manage a sales office administration function. An excellent communicator who is comfortable liaising with internal and external customers, always providing outstanding customer service. Has a keen eye for detail, is organised with good time management skills. The Sales Office Administrator position is offering £34,000 - £38,000 basic salary plus great benefits.
