Location: Farnborough, UK (Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance) Assignment Type: Until the end of the year, with a 12-month extension Working Environment: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days at home after 1-3 months of training) Hours per Week: 37.5 Pay Rate: £15 - £16 Specific for this role: Responsible for maintaining key data used for the Quality Assurance programme Managing Quality quota data to ensure is fully up to date against staff lists so this can be used by Quality analysts Maintaining Quality assurance forms and associated reporting to ensure effectively working and pulling correct data Produce key management reporting for Quality Assurance monthly Working with the Operations Reporting Analyst role to build and develop new insightful reporting for Operational teams that assist them in overall monitoring of their areas Working with Operations Reporting Analyst to create reporting that will assist in automation of processes including Quality assurance in identifying areas for improvement Working with the Operations Reporting Analyst to compile and analyse management information to be shared with both UK and Global stakeholders Experience/ Skills required: High attention to detail coupled with a strong analytical capability Proven experience in a data role A proven ability to balance risk with customer focus Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office How will we support you: The business core values are integral to their corporate culture and guide their actions and decisions.
