Our service portfolio includes mental health, intellectual disability and specialist mental health services, community physical health, prison health, and our low, medium, and high secure hospitals including Rampton Hospital.
Our services are provided by more than 9,500 staff in hospitals, community settings, and patients’ own homes, predominantly in Nottinghamshire but services are also provided in Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Leicestershire.
We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic individual to lead the Forensic Care Groups as Care Group Director within Nottinghamshire Healthcare, initially supporting and working directly with our Chief Operating Officer. In this pivotal role, you will be expected to embrace the changes in the delivery of healthcare and to champion leading in line with our values, always demonstrating compassionate and inclusive leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in the delivery of high-quality and safe clinical services. The role will be accountable for the coordination and delivery of operational services within the Care Group.
You must have successfully led large multi-disciplinary teams and have significant experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships either within NHS organisations, local government, community, and voluntary sector or the private sector.
