The package: Up to £40,000 salary depending on experience Hybrid - 1 to 2 days per week to be worked from Bourne End office 25 days holiday (plus an additional 3 days for Christmas) Pension contributions Private Medical Insurance (post probation) Flexible working patterns Additional 5 days leave for professional development Choice of tech kit Team and company socials Charity and community initiatives Non-guaranteed profit related bonus scheme EMI share option scheme (eligibility of 1 year service) Main responsibilities: Delivery of promotional projects, events and educational programmes Organisation and management of educational content creation, including but not exclusive to: interviews, webinars, symposia, round tables and peer-to-peer discussions Planning and executing publishing projects to ensure they deliver the highest quality content within scope, brief and budget Internal stakeholder management throughout the delivery phase - including, but not exclusive to, account managers, medical writers, and Marketing, Education, and Audio-Visual teams Client management throughout the delivery cycle, to ensure transparency and adherence to project plans and operating procedures Key Requirements A minimum of three years' experience working as a Project Manager or events professional First-class non-technical project management skills with a proven track record of delivering a number of projects of varying complexity Qualified to degree level or equivalent Adept at developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills The ability to multi-task and work on several complex client projects simultaneously The ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work to tight deadlines Self motivated and able to work without detailed supervision A 'team player' mindset Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
