Your role and responsibilities Day to day tasks may include: diary and mailbox management for Children and Young People (CYP) Assistant Directors/Service Directors responding to requests for information and ensuring these are processed within specified timescales co-ordination of key meetings project support across a range of projects that are focused on improving the lives of children and young people. The Team This small but vital team plays a critical role in the effective day-to-day running of the Children and Young People (CYP) Services executive, including its Leadership Team, Cabinet Members, and Heads of Service. The team consists of Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, Business Support Coordinators, and Officers.
