HR Business Partner (Human Resources)
Salary: £48,424.63 per Annum
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, office-based with some hybrid & agile working available
We have a fantastic opportunity for a People Business Partner to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) on our exciting transformation journey. A true People / HR generalist, the successful candidate will operate in a business partner model, working with managers, key stakeholders, and teams across the business to create positive business outcomes and people solutions which support the delivery of WCHG’s Corporate plan, People Strategy, and wider strategic business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support and facilitate complex ER matters and change management projects linked to transformation to engender a culture of empowerment and engagement.
2. Advise and assist with WCHG’s Recruitment, Onboarding, and Absence & Performance Management processes in line with best practices and current employment law.
3. Management of systems and data to report and monitor on key People / HR related activities/metrics for efficiency and improvements, utilising expertise to expose potential business risks and trends.
4. Contribute to the development and delivery of efficient People / HR processes and current key projects.
Successful applicants will be CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7) together with Chartered status or equivalent experience. Committed to CPD, you will have up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law and possess solid relevant experience of working in HR / people teams having supported, coached, mentored, and advised managers at various levels.
Excellent communication, influencing, and team working skills, coupled with the ability to professionally challenge in order to resolve conflict, deliver improvements, and shape policies is essential.
