Responsibilities You will provide supervisory and support services and carry a caseload of appropriate cases. You will work alongside and under the direction of a senior or qualified worker to carry out specific tasks. The Individual You will have experience of assessment and care planning in a health/social care setting and be able to identify risk and respond appropriately. You will be able to work on own initiative, manage your own caseload and meet deadlines. You will have experience of working with risk and the ability to identify risk and respond appropriately. You will have experience of working on own initiative, personal care skills, good oral and written communication skills are essential along with the ability to contribute to planning and decision making. You must be able to work on occasions after office hours 8am and 8pm and participate in duty cover for team/service. A full current driving licence is also essential. These posts are considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
