Average Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $20.34 - $25.67 / per hour (Non Exempt)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
The Warehouse Worker II is an intermediate-level position responsible for executing a range of warehouse operations with increased independence and expertise. This role builds upon foundational skills to include more complex tasks, such as operating specialized equipment, training new team members, and ensuring compliance with inventory and quality standards. The Warehouse Worker II plays a key role in supporting the efficiency and accuracy of the warehouse's day-to-day operations.
* Pick orders from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick lists.
* Verify order accuracy and ensure correct items and quantities are being picked.
* Pack, load, and ship items to customer requirements.
* Label packages with correct shipping information.
* Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
* Receive incoming shipments and process them in a timely and accurate manner.
* Work safely, quickly and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
* Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
* Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
* Operate various power equipment such as reach trucks, lift trucks, and forklifts.
* Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
* Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
* Other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience:
* Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 10-25 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
* Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 75 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
* Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
* Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
* Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
* Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
* Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, training, and instructions.
* 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
* Material Handling Equipment experience preferred.
* C-TPAT training preferred.
Equipment Requirements:
* Must have ability to use standard hand tools, hand lift truck, forklift, and pallet reach truck, walkie/rider.
* Scanner.
* Material Handling Equipment license – company will train & license as required by OSHA, licenses require the ability to pass a written and equipment operation test.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
The Warehouse Worker role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Employees must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. The job may also involve operating machinery, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, requiring hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Mentally, this role demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols precisely. Workers must effectively manage time, work under pressure to meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and communication with team members are essential for maintaining efficiency and safety.
