Compensation: £30,000 / month
Description:
As a maintenance operative, you will need to be proactive and resourceful, capable of thinking for yourself with a keen desire to provide first-rate customer service. You will be able to use systems to download work orders and upload work completed. You will cover: Ellesmere Port, Deeside, Bolton, Darwen, Blackpool BP, and Blackpool Sycamore. A company van will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Statutory testing / inspections
* Reactive repair
* Refurbishment
* General housekeeping
* Maintaining the company van
* Decorating
* Replace light bulbs
* Changing locks where necessary
* Minor drainage/plumbing repairs
* Fault finding issues on site
* Minor building works to the premises where appropriate
* Ceiling and carpet tile replacement
* Carpet cleaning
* Low level gutter cleaning
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
* Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
* Work to strict deadlines
* Able to work alone and as a team player when required
* Customer focused, able to create a good first impression and be prepared to "go the extra mile"
* Adhere to Health & Safety responsibilities including the wearing of PPE
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
