Job Title: Temporary Credit Control Administrator Location: Liverpool, England Salary: Up to £23,000 FTE Contract type: Temporary – 3 Months About the role 3 Month Contract We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated Credit Controller Administrator to join our We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a full-time, office-based temporary role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including credit checking, and account creation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure DD mandates are correctly added to the system, manage cash allocations, process refunds, and handle bad debt write-offs. Additionally, the candidate will assist with bespoke invoicing, quarterly Creditsafe uploads, and other ad-hoc administrative duties to support our transactional teams What you’ll do • Ensure DD mandates are in place and add correct info onto system and new instruction list. • Any cancelled DD’s liaise with AM & customer to re-instate. • Allocation of cash, refunds, bounce DD’s. • Weekly allocation of manual credit’s • Action and distribution of tickets if required. • Arrange quarterly Creditsafe upload. • Complete proof of debt forms. • Bespoke invoices to include Bureau Bills. • Process refunds bi-monthly. • Bad debt write offs, credit write backs. • Review and clean ledger by hiding closed accounts and accounts that have had no movement for 18 months. • Adhoc admin duties where needed to assist the transactional teams Requirements What we are looking for?
