Hours:Monday to Friday, 08:30 16:00

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring a productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across various subjects.
* Maintain student engagement and discipline, promoting positive behaviour.
* Support students in their learning and development, preparing them for academic success.

What Were Looking For:
* A minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university, preferably in a core subject (e.g., English, Maths, Science).
* Strong classroom presence and excellent communication abilities.
* Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is beneficial but not essential.
* A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives.
