We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to manage the cleanliness of our 207-bedroom hotel in Bournemouth.
The successful candidate will have a background in managing or supervising housekeeping teams and strong organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the Housekeeping department to ensure the cleanliness of all bedrooms and public areas
* Coordinating with other departments to help with renovations, including planning for new furniture, carpets, and room layouts
* Recruiting, encouraging, managing and developing your team
* Training and developing the skills of our housekeeping team
* Preparing staff rotas accordingly
* Ensuring Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards
