Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support for college systems, infrastructure, and IT users.
* Assist in the maintenance and configuration of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
* Support the IT Helpdesk, responding to queries from students, staff, and visitors.
* Manage incidents and service requests, aiming for first-time resolution.
* Participate in the setup and installation of new hardware and software.
* Engage in professional development and contribute to a high-performing culture.

What We Are Looking For
* A Level 2 IT qualification or equivalent.
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4 or equivalent).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
* A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
