Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical consultation to internal teams and customers. Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments to inform strategic decisions. Develop and implement technical solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. Represent ServiceNow at Industry events, increase mindshare. Play an active role in preparing and delivering customer EBCs. Strategic Planning Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement across industry. Analyse industry data and develop strategic insights to help shape our customer’s strategic direction. Collaborate with CxOs to align technical solutions with business goals. Training and Mentorship Offer training and development programs to enhance the technical skills of ServiceNow employees. Mentor technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
