* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards and company policies.
* Develop, implement, and maintain QSHE policies and procedures across the business.
* Lead internal audits and support external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive corrective actions for continual improvement.
* Monitor, track, and analyse QSHE data to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Train and support teams in health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Investigate non-conformances, safety incidents, and customer complaints, ensuring effective root cause analysis and resolution.
* Maintain supplier and customer compliance through tracking systems (e.g., Entropy).
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and risk management.
The Ideal Candidate:
