Concept are currently recruiting for a very well established independent document management technology sales and service provider and seeking skilled Photocopier Field Engineers within Cornwall
Their dedicated team of experienced industry professionals service an extensive portfolio of SMB, corporate, public sector and education clients, throughout the South West of England.
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Repair and maintain onsite print equipment ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are kept and achieve an excellent level of device reliability and availability.
* Escalate any hardware or solution related issues as required and in a timely fashion
* Training and support of end users
* Maintain full responsibility of the incident management queues.
* Liaise with client IT to ensure service continuity.
* Make improvement recommendations for device and service optimisations.
* Manage queries and escalations
* Implement and manage escalation process.
* Ensure onsite device issue resolution is at a set level and meets contractual targets
* Continuous improvement programme and sharing of best practice within the company network
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a photocopier / MFD / MFP engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on office equipment. It is important that you are self motivated, have excellent customer service skills and flexible approach.

* Experience repairing electrical faults on office peripherals / photocopiers / MFDs / MFPs
* Full UK Drivers Licence.
* Ideally Manufacture trained
* Excellent communication skills
* Sound knowledge of IT / networking
