About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with diverse needs at partner schools in Crediton. These schools provide inclusive, high-quality education to children with a range of additional needs, including PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities), SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and more. Your role will be vital in helping students feel supported, understood, and empowered to reach their potential.

Your Responsibilities:

* Adapt activities and resources to meet each child's unique learning style.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address each student's holistic needs.
What We're Looking For:

* Experience in education or care is a plus but not essential - if you're eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
* Strong communication, patience, and resilience.
