We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing our purchasing processes and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and documentation within the company. Key Responsibilities:
* Raise purchase orders (POs) and liaise with suppliers to book in goods
* Verify quality control (QC) standards and ensure proper filing of documentation
* Maintain and update records using our in-house systems
* Produce reports and accurately input operational data
* Support the Operations and Marketing teams with administrative tasks
* Attend relevant meetings and contribute to operational planning
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines for an efficient workflow
* Be flexible in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven administrative experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an operational or administrative role within a warehouse or fulfilment environment
* Experience in purchasing and supplier coordination
