About The Company: Cleaning Supervisor in a busy primary school in Solihull area, duties will include but not limited to, communicating with site team regarding any cleaning matters. Supervising the cleaning team and making sure that all jobs are completed to required standards. There will be a small area of cleaning which will include vacuuming, dusting, mopping, wiping down, tables, cleaning floors with machinery, cleaning toilets, cleaning internal windows and monitoring 4 other afternoon staff. Permanent position is for 39 term time weeks plus 4 weeks of deep cleans during school holidays. 5.2 weeks paid holiday (this can only be taken during school holidays). You will be working Monday to Friday 15:20 to 18:50, 17.5 hours per week, on a permanent, part-time basis. You will also: Work with customer representatives to address any specific requirements or concerns. Manage equipment, materials and stock levels Train and develop staff Carry out general cleaning duties Control costs to ensure services are delivered within agreed budget Supervise quality control procedures to ensure high standards are maintained Conduct team briefings to cascade information to staff Ensure staff present a professional image To succeed in this role, you will need: Experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry Strong people skills A clear DBS What will you get in return?
