Altro are on the hunt for a Supply Chain Digitalisation Manager to join our team based in our Letchworth Garden City HQ in Hertfordshire
This is a full time, permanent position, with the benefit of hybrid working (min 3 days a week on site)
This role is about leading efforts to improve how the Procurement & Supply Chain teams use data and business systems, especially the JDE system. The person in this role helps bring in new digital tools to make processes more efficient and finds ways to improve how things are done. They also work with the IT team to make sure all procedures and documents are up to date.
This role also manages a team of two and will make sure tasks are done to a high standard and will also collaborate with teams at our other locations (Dessau in Germany) to make processes more efficient and standardised.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone ideally with a professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain (CIPS). Experience of using ERP systems and of managing a team. You will have exceptional interpersonal and project management skills and if you can speak German, that’s an added bonus!
