Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic and thought-provoking psychology lessons that engage students and encourage curiosity about the human mind. Assess and monitor student progress through both formative and summative assessments, providing feedback that supports individual growth. Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that motivates students to think independently and creatively. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and contribute to the department’s continued success. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of students' progress and any school-related events. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Prior experience teaching psychology at secondary school level (KS4 and KS5) is preferred. Strong subject knowledge in psychology, research methods, and contemporary psychological issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
