OVERVIEW OF THE JOB The role of Sales Support Coordinator is to provide a fast, efficient and welcoming service for all customers, both internal and external, and to assist and support students and agents through the student application process. Owning all pre-arrival communication with our customers, the post holder must demonstrate excellent levels of customer service, an administrative skillset, and must be able to forge strong relationships with colleagues based in all of our centres to ensure effective communication at all stages of the student s application journey. This is a full time role based in Brazil MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB Be proactive in attitude, and be solution-oriented Have amazing attention to detail Provide the highest level of customer service for all customers, internal and external. Process student applications from initial enquiry to arrival (or relevant stages within this), ensuring turn-around times within agreed standards of time and accuracy. Carry out student conversion from application through to arrival using the follow up reports, promptly and effectively. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of student records, both for Stafford House internal purposes and for external compliance purposes. Prepare accurate and timely documents, including but not limited to confirmation letters, pre-arrival information and visa documents. Maintain positive and constructive relations with colleagues, particularly in the centres. Maintain a good working knowledge of the Stafford House software processes and datab PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential Fluent in English Educated to A level or above Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills Customer-focussed approach Strong written and oral communication skills Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and sensitivity Competent user of Microsoft office package A team player who will provide support as required to other areas within the team Desirable Spanish speaker Experience of student management databases and data handling Experience of working in a global business and/or education environment Experience of working in a language education environment Holidays and benefits 20 days per calendar year, excluding 10 public holidays.
