Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Swindon
Hybrid: Office based during training and then 3/2 split.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
JGA are partnered with a growing accountancy firm, who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities & Experience
1. Process payroll using client information.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing payroll queries.
3. Support other departments with client payroll and PAYE matters.
4. Handle client data, prepare reports, and documentation.
5. Maintain accurate record-keeping systems.
6. Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team.
7. Manage internal relationships and address third-party queries (e.g., HMRC).
8. At least 2 years' experience in PAYE, RTI, and auto-enrolment; STAR/CINTRA knowledge is desirable.
