To ensure Ecotone wins in North America your responsibilities will be:- Strategy Creating and executing a long-term strategy for the region deciding on the key areas of focus. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners & external stakeholders. Ensure our marketing mix proposition (product, price, promotion & place) is always fit for purpose and make changes as required. Remain informed on the latest market trends & insights utilising knowledge to shape our strategy. Commercial Responsible for delivering on pre-agreed financial KPI’s for the region. Maintain excellent working relationships with various in-market partners, ensuring all parties priorities are aligned. Regularly analyse performance data to swiftly identify potential issues & opportunities and implement corrective actions as necessary. Closely work with Marketing & Category personnel to create compelling materials for new & existing retail partners. Liaise with the Marketing Manager and relevant teams on NPD, position, brand guidelines, trade marketing initiatives etc. Periodic reporting to internal stakeholders on regional performance Regular meetings both virtual & face-to-face as required. Operational Working with the Regional Executive to produce accurate forecasting and demand planning, ensuring effective inventory management. Prepare sales documentation, proposals, reports, competitor information, analysis, export documents and correspondence to meet all requirements. Other Support the Regional Executive in achieving their short-term KPI’s & play an active role in their overall career development. Attend tradeshows, exhibitions & meetings within the region as required. Our ideal candidate will have experience of scaling brands in the US market as well as previous experience as a Senior National Account Manager in the UK or Internationally. You will have a proven track record of creating and executing the strategy, negotiating and driving results while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working cross functionally and adapting to fast-moving situations.
