Senior Account Manager Location: No Fixed Location Salary: £57,000 - £65,000 Company Car Allowance Provided About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead and grow our government sector portfolio, including PFI contracts and government agencies across England.This role is pivotal in fostering long-term client relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. As the key strategic interface between Sodexo and client organisations, you will oversee account development, implement business strategies, and lead teams to deliver outstanding results.You will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring seamless contract management. Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and value. Implement business strategies aligned with evolving client needs. Proactively manage client expectations and deliver best-in-class service. Operational Excellence & Compliance Lead teams across multiple sites, ensuring service excellence and compliance. Drive performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and food safety standards. Promote continuous improvement and innovation across all services. Financial & Business Growth Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring budgets and profitability targets are met. Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams. Contribute to strategic growth plans and contract expansion.Leadership & People Development Lead, develop, and motivate teams to achieve high performance. Drive employee engagement and champion best HR practices. Recruit, train, and manage performance across multiple locations. What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: ✔ Proven experience in a senior management role within Facilities Management (FM). ✔ Strongleadership & people management skills, including HR best practices. ✔ Exceptionalnumerical, communication, and relationship-building skills. ✔ Experience in managing complexclient portfolios across multiple sites. ✔ Business acumen with a proven track record of drivingfinancial performance. ✔ Sound knowledge ofhealth & safety, food safety, and risk management. ✔ Strong IT skills, includingMS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). ✔ Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. Desirable Skills & Experience: ✔ Experience working within aPFI environment. ✔ Business Management qualifications or relevant experience. ✔ HSWA, IOSH, COSHH, orCIEH Level 3 Food Safety qualifications. ✔ Non-frontline security license.
