I'm currently on the lookout for a part-time Facilities Assistant, covering fixed hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts (working hours 12:00-20:30).
The ideal individual will be someone with a facilities management or maintenance background, with a keen eye for detail and a professional, can-do attitude.
To be successful you will need to have the following skills, knowledge, and experience:
* Previous experience working in facilities management, cleaning, maintenance, or security.
* Experience of working to specification, time, quality, and budget.
* Experience of working with management systems including quality, environment, fire safety and health & safety systems.
* Excellent and confident communication and written skills.
* Being able to work independently.
* Ability to deal with guests and employees in sometimes stressful situations.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* Flexibility to your shifts including regular weekend work.
* A willingness to take on independent tasks and projects and receive training to complete tasks within the scope of the facilities management function.
