Key Responsibilities
* Source and attract candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals)
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate screening, and offer negotiations
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
* Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role (minimum 2 years)
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
