Join our team at Exertis UK as a Demand Planner, where you’ll have the autonomy to improve processes and get involved with all aspects of forecasting and reporting as well as liaising with all internal and external stakeholders.
As part of the team, you’ll:
1. Analyse sales data and trends to develop and maintain accurate forecasts across multiple time frames.
2. Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Operations and external vendors and customers to optimise stock availability and performance.
3. Monitor and report on inventory levels, predicted intake and customer specific stock performance to support strategic decisions.
4. Identify and implement process improvements across order management, inventory control, and vendor operations to enhance efficiency.
5. Drive KPI performance across availability, profitability, and stock health whilst supporting operational planning and forecasting.

1. Proven experience in a similar role in Demand Planning or Supply Chain.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
3. Detail-orientated with a proactive mindset; comfortable owning and improving processes from start to finish.
4. Confident bringing fresh ideas, challenging the norm and embracing new challenges with curiosity and resilience.
5. Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and manage relationships with both clients and colleagues.
