About the Role:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Commercial Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience across procurement, supply chain, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product and supplier information to maintain regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with suppliers, ensuring all information stays current and accurate.
* Records Maintenance: Update and manage the Approved Supplier List, including ISO certifications and contact details.
* Analytical Support: Provide essential data and analysis on costs, product performance, and sales to inform strategic decision-making.
* Purchase Orders & Customs Clearance: Prepare documents to move goods through the import cycle, ensuring shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
* Central Procurement: Provide administrative support for managing contract renewals and maintenance for Goods not for resale.

Estimated Salary Range:$35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
