PA to the Head of Children's Services and Senior CAMHS Managers

The Head of Children's services is looking for a conscientious, innovative, and creative administrative professional who is looking for a new fulfilling challenge. We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding CAMHS service supporting the CAMHS senior management team.
The post will provide personal assistants to the Head of Children's Service and the Senior CAMHS Management team within an environment of continuously developing demands.
The role is based at Trust headquarters with the ability to work from home when required.
Main Duties of the Job
1. To provide a comprehensive professional, high quality confidential administration and personal assistant (PA) service to both the Head of Children's Services and the Senior CAMHS Management team.
2. To co-ordinate the workload for the Head of Children's Services and Senior CAMHS Managers.
3. Provide support in the organisation and coordination of service-related meetings.
4. Carry out diary and communications management.
5. Communicate highly complex and/or sensitive information.
6. To create and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external to Dorset Healthcare University Foundation Trust, including NHS and non-NHS organisations.

Person Specification
Knowledge
* 5 GCSEs at grade C/Level 4 or equivalent qualification or experience including English Language at Grade C/Level 4 or above.
* Ability to work independently, exercising judgement on appropriate actions and prioritise balancing and competing demands.
* Excellent and demonstrable skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and use of the Internet.
Experience
* Ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels across the health and social care community and other partners.
* Experienced PA/Senior Administrator including experience in a full range of PA duties.
