Due to continued growth and success, they are recruiting for high-achieving Internal Account Managers / Client Services Executives, supporting the retention and growth of an SME client base. An exciting opportunity to be part of an establishing team with world-class training and genuine career progression.
This role will involve an 80/20 split of Account Management vs New Business, predominantly Internal, but with the opportunity to meet London-based clients on a monthly basis too.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a large number of existing accounts where every day is different
2. Work in a fast-paced environment, with time management being key
3. Support clients with internal liaison with Operations and Customer Services to deliver on promises
4. Deliver excellent communication, being personable, engaging, and professional
5. Exhibit good commercial acumen, focusing on:
1. Retaining and growing existing clients
2. Growing the size of accounts through cross-selling and optimization
3. Renewing contracts and tapping into the wider product portfolio
4. Consistently delivering the highest level of service and solutions
Ideal Experience:
1. Experienced in B2B sales, within either a Sales or Account Management role
2. A high-achieving salesperson with a history of hitting and overachieving on targets/KPIs
3. Accustomed to a high volume of client calls/meetings and highly self-motivated to meet stretching targets
4. Experience in putting together a clear business plan to identify the right clients to focus on
5. A naturally consultative and collaborative relationship builder
6. Strategic, innovative, self-motivated, with a tenacious and upbeat attitude
