My client is a luxury interiors company, specialising in bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, and flooring. They are looking for a new Business Development Manager to join their team!
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the customer base is updated and aware of all enquiry points, contact names, and methods of operation to meet their requirements.
2. Be fully conversant with the complete range and technical specifications of our products to facilitate suitable procurement solutions to meet the customers' needs.
3. Develop and encourage existing and prospective customers to purchase Porcelanosa products in preference to our competitors based on our product quality, unique solutions, and service.
4. Liaise with all levels of staff within the company to ensure customer expectations and service levels are achieved.
5. Be aware of market trends as well as competitors' activities, product ranges, strengths, and weaknesses.
6. Maintain clear and accurate reporting procedures regarding all business activities and ensure all communications are submitted in a timely fashion.
7. Aim to accomplish set sales targets, exceeding both monthly and annual sales targets.

3. Clear and positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
4. Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possesses the underlying traits to fulfill this role.
5. Driven individual who strives to consistently bring in new business as well as maintaining existing accounts.
6. Preferably someone with a kitchen, bathroom, or tiles background to understand the products, though not essential.
7. Must hold a UK driving licence.
Education and Qualifications:
1. A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
