We are currently supporting our client who is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Customer support specialist to join their existing team.
As a Customer support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and resolving of incoming calls.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Handling incoming calls managing and responding to calls from various clients with a professional and personalized approach.
* Capture and log detailed caller information, including contact details and call purpose, for accurate followup
* Book and manage client appointments, ensuring availability and proper documentation.
* Accurately input information from calls and appointments into relevant systems
* Perform tasks such as document management, filing, and record updates to ensure smooth office operations.
* Engage with clients via live chat, providing prompt and clear responses, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.
Experience:
* Good interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to deliver tasks to tight deadlines
* Ability to complete admin tasks accurately and follow instructions
* Confidence and ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally
