There are opportunities to fill a vacancy as a Band 4 working as a bi-disciplinary Clinical Research Assistant in the Blood Sciences department (Research).
We have an exciting opportunity for people with a Foundation degree or equivalent who want to work as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Chemical Pathology Department.
Candidates with relevant hospital laboratory experience, who meet the criteria to start training to be an Associate Practitioner, may be considered.
You will be a well motivated team member who is able to prioritise and work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. You must be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills, have a flexible approach and be capable of working accurately and efficiently under pressure.
There will be a requirement to work on any of Leicester’s 3 hospital sites, any time over a 24/7 period.
CPD is actively encouraged.
