We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in the Midlands.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, delivering a programme of works spanning the Canal & River Trust, and similar natured clients with river, canal, and reservoir assets. Projects will vary from emergency schemes, maintenance, and capital works.
Your day to day will include:

* As part of a team, deliver schemes from concept through to pricing, delivery, and close out. You will be working alongside Estimating, Commercial, and Project Management functions to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
* Monitor the performance of the Project Management team, and implement improvements as needed.
* Manage operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies for the projects by providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.
* Fulfil contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group's policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s).
* Manage the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects.
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

* You have a relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector.
* Previous experience with either Reservoirs, Canals or waterways
* You have strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations.
* Working knowledge of CEMAR, and SharePoint.
