At the heart of our success is our people, we believe that with the right support, great teamwork and shared values, there is no limit to what we can achieve together We are now recruiting for a CNC Machine Operator to join our production team and assume responsibility for programming, setting up and operating our advanced Hundegger CNC machines. You will ensure the precise fabrication of bespoke timber components that form the framework of our timber frame buildings. In addition to this, as our CNC Machine Operator you will be responsible for: Programming, setting up and operating CNC Machinery to produce timber components to exact specifications. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and CAD files with accuracy. Perform regular quality control assessments to maintain our high production standards. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment as needed. Maintain accurate production records and communicate any deviations or issues. Collaborate with design and assembly teams to optimise production processes. Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment while adhering to safety protocols. In order to be successful in this role you must have / be: Proven experience as a CNC Operator. Skilled in reading technical drawings and using CAD files. Strong understanding of CNC programming, machine setup, and operation. Ability to perform maintenance and resolve technical issues efficiently. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
