This role is all about supporting the field sales team, taking a lead on client retention, B2B business support and requires the ability to meet targets whilst making outgoing phone calls calls.

Job Description
Sales Support (B2B Retention), Slough:
* Out going sales support phone calls for the sales team
* Hitting B2B targets around customer retention - This is a core requirement
* Identify and prospect potential members to generate sales appointments using various methods; online market research, company database and leads via their active marketing team and web site
* Fully supporting the field sales team
Principal Responsibilities:
* Responsible for tracking all customer contracts
* Working with sales to provide support and analysis of current and expiring contracts
* Being proactive and picking up the phone to follow up expiring contracts
* Working with sales to incentive customers staying with the business and signing longer contracts
* Booking a minimum of three meetings a day for the sales team
The Successful Applicant
Sales Support (B2B Retention), Slough:
* You will have B2B telephone based customer service, tele sales or field sales experience
* You will be happy working in a business that need you to be flexible and adaptable
* To portray a professional visual and verbal image at all times
* To undertake training as required
* You will ideally drive
* You will be available in the Slough Office 4 days a week plus, 1 day WFH, once you have past your probation.
What's on Offer
Salary of circa £25,000 to £35,000 dependant upon experience.
