The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, answering queries, and providing solutions with professionalism and efficiency. Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience while representing the company's values.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their enquiries
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain customer records and update account details
Work towards individual and team performance targets
Handle complaints with empathy and find suitable resolutions
