The Opportunity: Parts Co-Ordinator Contract: Permanent Location: Cannock United Plant Services is an engineering and asset management business, renowned for providing market leading engineering support and fleet management for Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) within the quarry and waste industry. We are part of The Briggs Equipment Group who are a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. The Impact you will have: Communicate effectively with Suppliers, Internal and External Customers. Sourcing and ordering of parts, tools and consumables to fulfil Customers/Engineers requirements and replenish Service Kit stock in United Plant Warehouse. All delivery discrepancies reported to the Supplier on the day of occurrence. Picking and packing Service Kits and HEPA Filters for despatch to Customers/Engineers, with correct identification and paperwork. Undertake receipt and checking of all incoming stock, in line with company Goods In process. Process the receipt of Customer/Engineer returns, liaise with Suppliers and appropriately action. Booking of waste oil collections from Customers site Ensure SKU data is kept accurate and up to date in the Service Kit Database. Maintain accurate data of physical location of stock items within the Warehouse, and update as required. Dispatch outgoing orders by selecting an appropriate courier, ensuring all Health & Safety requirements are met. Ensure all loading and unloading of vehicles and warehouse is conducted safely and according to Health and Safety requirements. Prioritise all work activities to meet customer expectations in accordance with the Company's contractual requirements and KPIs. Company Health and Safety guidelines to be always followed, both internally and externally, ensuring our colleagues and customers are safe. Support with the training of new team members. Actively promote team working ethic and provide support to cover colleagues as and when necessary. Undertake any reasonable task requested by regional line manager. To be aware of, adhere to, and implement all legislative requirements consistent with overall duties of this role, to comply with all company policies What will help you to excel in this role: Ability to motivate and self-manage including organising own schedule. Ability to work effectively on an individual basis or as part of the overall team. Knowledge of plant machinery at a technical level. Good interpersonal skills allowing the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels including complaint resolution. Computer literate.
