ABOUT US Oasis Academy Daventry Road is a brand new 11-16 co-educational academy that opened in south Bristol in September 2023 it is a growing start up school which currently has 7 and 8 pupils only. The academy will continue to grow and will eventually move to our permanent site on Daventry Road. Oasis Academy Daventry Road will deliver high quality teaching in an environment where every child is valued and supported to succeed. We will work to develop the character and competence of all young people, in pursuit of everyone receiving an exceptional education and reaching their full potential both in learning and in life. THE ROLE This is a hugely exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in the journey of this wonderful new academy. We are deeply committed to providing our students with exemplary pastoral support and achieving the highest standards of behaviour. You will play a crucial part in both, acting as a strong presence around the academy whilst also working tirelessly to ensure that the right support is in place for our most vulnerable students. You will enjoy the support of: 2 other pastoral leaders; a student support officer; an attendance manager; Heads of Year and Senior Leaders in delivering our ambitious goals for every one of our students. You will show care and patience whilst also providing firm boundaries to help prepare our students to thrive both in school and beyond.
