Performance Improvement Officer 2 roles Up to £35,261 per annum 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks What will you be doing in this role? You'll support the Performance Improvement Manager to deliver targeted projects across the business to improve processes and drive performance improvement. You'll motivate, advise and guide colleagues in the delivery of exceptional services, leading to increased customer satisfaction. What we are looking for: You'll have experience of working in a performance driven environment with a proven track record of meeting demanding targets You'll have the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues; providing constructive feedback and influencing / coaching to improve performance You'll have good data skills – the ability to interpret data quickly, deliver accurate information and translate your findings into service and performance improvement It would be great if you also had: Experience of working within the housing sector Why work at Community Gateway?
