As our National Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with national accounts, driving sales, and maximizing profitability. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing key metrics like costing, POS, and gross margins, and negotiating effectively. Your focus will be on retail segments like Hardware, Garden, Home Improvement, and Farm/Fleet, with opportunities to expand into others.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience managing national accounts, preferably in retail or home decor
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret key business metrics (costing, POS, gross margins)
* Experience working with retail segments such as Hardware, Garden, Home Improvement, and Farm/Fleet is a plus
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
* Ability to travel as needed for account management and business development (up to 35%)
