Salary: Range £52,000 - £65,000 per annum + Bonus (personal and company) + Company Car/Car Allowance
Location: Warwickshire, with ad hoc strategic support for satellite sites as required
Working Arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days on site (flexible on which days)

Our client, a prominent automotive components business with approximately 300 employees on-site, is seeking a skilled HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
This role is pivotal in shaping the HR strategy for the organisation, ensuring that the HR function aligns seamlessly with the business's goals and objectives.
In this position, you will work as part of the UK Senior Management Team (SMT) and will be responsible for managing HR operations across the main site while also providing strategic support to satellite locations as needed. You will lead a strong HR team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development. Your leadership will be crucial in driving employee engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that the workplace culture is vibrant and inclusive.
The ideal candidate will have proven HR expertise, with a solid background in the automotive components industry.
You should possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team. As a strategic thinker, you will be adept at developing and implementing HR strategies that not only meet the current needs of the business but also anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
