We are looking for a Regional Aftersales Advisor to join our team covering our Exeter and Honiton dealerships.
The Opportunity
* Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, accurately recording vehicle faults and customer requirements;
* Meeting and greeting customers on arrival and ensuring an excellent customer service experience from drop off to handover;
* Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow up calls;
* Liaising with workshop, parts and sales departments to keep track of vehicles’ progress and ensuring customers’ vehicles are ready on time;
* Obtaining authority and payment for work completed.
The Successful Candidate
* You should possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers;
* You will be well-presented, professional and a clear communicator;
* You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed;
* You will have previous experience in a customer service role;
* You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to manage your time effectively to prioritise your workload and meet tight deadlines;
* Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
