As Head of Reward & Recognition, you will establish and reinforce strong policy and procedural foundations within the Reward function, creating a framework that supports all reward-related activities across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies
* Deliver an effective service to a range of employees across the business
* Take ownership for reward processes including salary review, bonus allocation, job grading and harmonisation, ensuring regular salary and benefits benchmarking and surveying activity
* Ensure compliance with reward processes, including data processing
* Manage the reward aspect of all People policies
* Support the onboarding and offboarding processes with robust reward processes
* Line management responsibility of Reward Analyst
* Chair monthly RemCom meetings, setting agenda’s and themes for the month
