Salary: £30-40k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, you'll be an integral part of their team, ensuring the smooth running of their office. Your responsibilities will include:
Producing accurate reports
Assisting with correspondence and communication across teams and external partners.
Completing data entry tasks with precision.
Prioritising and multitasking effectively to meet deadlines
Managing invoices for the sales department and accurately inputting information
Providing general administrative support
Maintain the office social calendar.
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Creating a positive office atmosphere
Any other duties as and when required
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
Some experience using accounting software is beneficial
Strong organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication
Numeracy skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
