We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP) to join a dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, delivering expert musculoskeletal (MSK) care and contributing to innovative patient management solutions.

This is a diverse role that includes opportunities to work independently in CATS/MSK clinics managing complex MSK conditions. For one position, experience in Rheumatology is required, with injector and prescriber qualifications highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake advanced clinical assessments and diagnoses for patients with complex MSK conditions.
* Manage independent caseloads in CATS/MSK clinics.
* Request and interpret diagnostics, such as imaging, to aid decision-making.
* Perform steroid injections confidently and effectively.
* Provide MSK Ultrasound services and inject under US guidance (qualification in MSK Ultrasound desirable).
* Deliver tailored, evidence-based treatment plans to optimise patient outcomes.
* Work autonomously within the scope of advanced clinical practice, while collaborating with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care pathways.
* For the Rheumatology-specific role: Deliver advanced care to rheumatology patients, with injector and independent prescriber qualifications being advantageous.
Requirements:
* HCPC Registration and a recognised degree in Physiotherapy.
* Relevant postgraduate qualification in MSK or a related field (desirable).
* Experience working in CATS/MSK clinics with the ability to manage complex cases.
* Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practice and current guidelines.
* Ability to request and interpret diagnostic tests.
* Competence in performing steroid injections; MSK Ultrasound skills (with injection ability) are desirable.
* For the Rheumatology role: Prior experience in Rheumatology care, with injector and prescriber qualifications being beneficial.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
