Role Purpose
The main purpose of this role is finding and pursuing new business opportunities (services and solutions) to exceed our new business growth targets; and managing and developing our strategic channels and partnerships.
This role involves direct B2B sales as well as leading on opportunities generated through inbound marketing leads and/or referrals.
The role will find and win high value new business; and support with the development and maintaining of long term client relationships.
This role will nurture and develop existing partnerships ensuring there is a clear strategy for growth, alongside development of new long term strategic partnerships (i.e. the big 4 and Jam Pan’s suppliers). You will advise and influence partner marketing activity.
The role will report into the Commercial Director.
Role OKR’s
1. Individual and Team New Business Development Revenue/Profit Targets
2. Conversion of MQL’s into Bids/Proposals and wins.
3. Revenue and growth opportunities from within existing clients
4. Development of new partnerships
5. Average revenue/profitability per partner
6. Conversion of partner-related MQL’s into Bids/Proposals and wins.
7. Revenue and growth opportunities from within existing partners
Key Experience:
1. Experienced B2B partnership, business development and relationship management expert.
2. Proven track record of developing new business revenue through direct B2B sales activities and partnerships.
3. Experience of selling ‘people services’, ideally within the learning solutions / learning technology space.
