Event Registration Manager / Project Manager We require an Event Registration Manager with Project Manager skills to be responsible for managing a full registration campaign from co-ordinating the online registration page set up to delivering onsite registration at conferences and exhibitions. The role includes project management, liaising with clients (exhibition organisers) and suppliers, dealing with show e-mails and responding promptly. In this role you would be expected to be managing your own events following training but will be fully supported by the wider team. Aspects of the role: Once an event is confirmed by the sales team you would be the key contact for several clients/events for all their registration requirements. Contributing to the smooth planning, preparation and delivery of our pre-show and onsite services. Liaising with clients to obtain their visitor and exhibitor service setup requirements and implementing these to a scheduled timeline ensuring the client is supported and guided throughout the process. Dealing with daily client queries (online and telephone based) in a professional manner. Proactively liaising with other LiveBuzz teams to ensure that information required from clients, for specific onsite services are obtained and the requirements implemented in a timely manner. Support clients with their marketing campaigns with emailshots, SMS messages. Be comfortable managing data and have solid IT skills. At times required to work onsite at shows if needed to ensure the smooth delivery of onsite registration services. Skills required: A good standard of written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks. Ability to multitask – this is a critical skill that is required. Excellent organisational skills. Good working understanding of admin software; Microsoft Office, Excel, etc. Previous PM experience. Knowledge and Understanding: An understanding of exhibitions and conferences is desirable. Good commercial understanding and an appetite and appreciation of excellence in customer services is essential. This is a challenging full-time role, particularly during the event sector's busy period. LiveBuzz is a fun, demanding and sometimes stressful environment to work in.
