We're seeking an organised and customer focused individual to join us at our Sheffield site. You will be essential in managing our customer experience journey and ensure smooth operations front of house, supporting customers face to face, over the phone and by email. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advisor with Steer, you will: Oversee the customer experience journey, handling inquiries, complaints, and resolutions with professionalism and efficiency. Provide outstanding customer service at all times, interacting with customers and stakeholders face to face, over the phone and by email. Coordinate customer bookings and arrange seamless vehicle collections and returns. Maintain communication with our drivers, efficiently managing the transport diary to optimise logistics. Update insurance companies and ensure accurate records on computer systems and portals. Meet daily KPI targets to uphold service standards and operational efficiency. Assist in moving vehicles on the forecourt as and when required. Prepare job packs and perform associated administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. About You We are looking for a candidate with: Prior experience in a customer service focused role, ideally from an automotive background. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong multi-tasking abilities as well as being able to adapt to changing priorities. You will be proficient in administration tasks and using computer systems, including MS Office. Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also excelling in independent work. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Good knowledge of the local area for efficient transport logistics. Valid driver's licence (ideally clean).
